These Ad Posting Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the submission, display, and management of advertisements on the TRAVEL Lanka community listings section at travellanka.run.place, operated by sanuaa infinity / sanuda dewmal. By submitting an advertisement, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before posting.

ADVERTISER ELIGIBILITY
To submit an advertisement on TRAVEL Lanka, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must provide accurate and verifiable contact information, including your name, phone number, and email address.
- Businesses must be legitimately registered and operating in accordance with Sri Lankan law.
- You must have the legal right to advertise the goods or services listed in your submission.
- You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from posting on TRAVEL Lanka for violations of these Terms.
Account Required: You must be signed in with a verified TRAVEL Lanka account to submit an advertisement. By submitting, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you accept full responsibility for the content of your listing.

PERMITTED AD CATEGORIES
TRAVEL Lanka accepts advertisements relevant to travel, transport, and associated services in Sri Lanka. Permitted categories include:
- Private vehicle rentals (cars, motorbikes, tuk tuks, vans, and similar).
- Chauffeur and private hire services.
- Airport and inter-city transfer services.
- Tour guide and travel experience offerings.
- Accessories and equipment associated with vehicle hire (e.g. surf racks, child seats).
- Other travel-related services that TRAVEL Lanka deems appropriate at its sole discretion.
Advertisements outside these categories may be rejected without explanation. If you are unsure whether your listing qualifies, please contact us before submitting.

CONTENT STANDARDS & ACCURACY
All advertisements submitted to TRAVEL Lanka must meet the following quality and accuracy standards:
📝 Text Content
- Accuracy: All information must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Misleading or false descriptions of vehicles, services, or prices are strictly prohibited.
- Language: Ads must be written in clear, respectful English or Sinhala. No offensive, discriminatory, or inflammatory language is permitted.
- Pricing: All advertised prices must be in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include all applicable fees unless otherwise clearly stated.
- Contact Details: A valid contact number or email address visible to interested users must be provided.
📸 Images
- Photos must be real and accurately represent the vehicle or service being advertised.
- Stock images, images taken from other listings, or AI-generated images are not permitted.
- Images must be clear, well-lit, and free of offensive or inappropriate content.
- You must own or have the legal right to use all images you submit. Do not use copyrighted photographs without permission.
Ongoing Accuracy: You are responsible for keeping your ad up to date for the duration it is active. Outdated listings — including vehicles that are no longer available — must be updated or removed promptly to avoid misleading users.

PROHIBITED CONTENT
The following types of content are strictly not permitted on TRAVEL Lanka and will result in immediate removal of the ad and possible account suspension or permanent ban:
- Advertisements for stolen, unregistered, or counterfeit vehicles or services.
- Listings for illegal goods, contraband, weapons, or any other item that is illegal under Sri Lankan law.
- Ads that promote or facilitate illegal activities, including unlicensed vehicle operations or unregistered transport services.
- Listings that impersonate another individual, business, government authority, or TRAVEL Lanka itself.
- Content that violates the intellectual property rights of any third party, including unauthorised use of logos, trademarks, or copyrighted images or text.
- Discriminatory, hateful, abusive, or sexually explicit content of any kind.
- Listings containing false pricing, misleading offers, or bait-and-switch tactics.
- Multiple duplicate ads for the same vehicle or service submitted to inflate visibility.
⚠ Zero Tolerance: Any advertiser found submitting prohibited content will be permanently banned from the platform. TRAVEL Lanka may also report such submissions to the Sri Lanka Police or Consumer Affairs Authority where required by law.

MODERATION & APPROVAL
All submitted advertisements are subject to review by the TRAVEL Lanka moderation team before being published. By submitting an ad, you understand and accept the following:
- Approval is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of TRAVEL Lanka.
- Review typically takes 1–3 business days. We do not guarantee a specific turnaround time.
- If your ad is rejected, you will be notified via the contact details provided. You may resubmit after addressing the stated reason for rejection.
- Approval of an ad does not constitute endorsement of the advertiser or their services by TRAVEL Lanka.
- TRAVEL Lanka reserves the right to edit minor formatting issues in submitted ads without altering the substantive content.
- TRAVEL Lanka may re-review and remove any previously approved ad at any time if new information comes to light or if user reports indicate a violation.

ADVERTISER RESPONSIBILITY
By posting an ad on TRAVEL Lanka, you accept sole and full responsibility for:
- The accuracy, legality, and completeness of all information in your advertisement.
- Any transactions, agreements, or disputes that arise between you and users who respond to your ad. TRAVEL Lanka is not a party to any such transaction.
- Ensuring your vehicle or service is legally registered, roadworthy, insured, and compliant with all applicable Sri Lankan regulations at the time of listing and throughout the active period.
- Maintaining the accuracy of your ad for its entire active period. Outdated listings must be updated or removed promptly.
- Any tax obligations that may arise from transactions resulting from your advertisement.
Disclaimer: TRAVEL Lanka acts solely as a platform for advertisers to list their vehicles and services. We do not inspect, verify, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any advertised vehicle or service.

AD DURATION & RENEWAL
The following duration terms apply to all approved advertisements on TRAVEL Lanka:
- Standard ads remain active for 30 days from the date of approval, unless renewed by the advertiser.
- Featured or promoted ad placements may have different durations as specified at the time of purchase.
- Advertisers will be notified before their ad expires. Renewal must be requested through the platform or via our contact channels.
- Expired ads are automatically removed from public view. Re-submission is required for the ad to go live again, and it will be subject to re-review.
- TRAVEL Lanka reserves the right to change default ad durations at any time. This will not affect ads that are currently active under a prior duration.

LISTING FEES & PAYMENT
Certain ad tiers or featured placements on TRAVEL Lanka may be subject to a listing fee. The following terms apply to all paid listings:
- All fees are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are non-refundable unless TRAVEL Lanka cancels the ad without cause.
- Payment must be completed before a paid listing goes live.
- TRAVEL Lanka reserves the right to change its pricing structure at any time. Changes will not affect ads that have already been paid for and are currently active.
- No refund will be issued for ads removed due to violations of these Terms.
- If TRAVEL Lanka cancels a paid ad for reasons within our control (e.g. a platform error), a pro-rated refund or alternative placement will be offered.

REMOVAL & SUSPENSION
TRAVEL Lanka reserves the right to remove any advertisement and suspend or permanently ban any advertiser account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms.
- Receipt of substantiated complaints from users regarding the advertiser's conduct, services, or listing accuracy.
- Discovery that the listing contains false, misleading, or prohibited content.
- Discovery that the advertiser does not have legal authority to advertise the listed vehicle or service.
- Any activity that TRAVEL Lanka deems harmful to the reputation, safety, or integrity of the platform or its users.
Advertisers may also remove their own active ad at any time by contacting TRAVEL Lanka via the Contact Page or through their account settings. Upon account termination due to policy violations, all active ads will be removed immediately and no refund of paid listing fees will be issued.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
📤 Your Content
By submitting an advertisement, you grant TRAVEL Lanka a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute the content of your ad (including images and text) on our website, social media channels, and promotional materials for the duration your ad is active. This licence ends when your ad is removed or expires.
🏷️ TRAVEL Lanka's Property
- You must not use the TRAVEL Lanka name, logo, or branding in your ad without explicit written permission from TRAVEL Lanka.
- TRAVEL Lanka retains full ownership of all page layouts, platform designs, and platform elements. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the TRAVEL Lanka platform.
- Screenshotting or reproducing TRAVEL Lanka platform content for use in your own marketing without permission is prohibited.

LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER
TRAVEL Lanka is a listing platform only. We are not involved in any transaction or agreement between an advertiser and a user or customer. As such:
- TRAVEL Lanka is not responsible for any disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising between advertisers and users in connection with any advertisement.
- TRAVEL Lanka does not verify the identity of all advertisers, nor does it inspect or guarantee the quality, safety, or roadworthiness of any advertised vehicle or service.
- TRAVEL Lanka shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance on any advertisement published on our platform.
- TRAVEL Lanka is not liable for any financial loss suffered as a result of transactions made based on advertised listings.
⚠ User Caution: Users who feel they have been defrauded or misled by an advertiser are encouraged to report the matter to us immediately and, where appropriate, to the Sri Lanka Police or the Consumer Affairs Authority of Sri Lanka.

DISPUTES BETWEEN ADVERTISERS & USERS
All transactions and arrangements resulting from advertisements on TRAVEL Lanka are solely between the advertiser and the user. TRAVEL Lanka is not a party to any such arrangement.
- We encourage all parties to resolve disputes directly and amicably in the first instance.
- TRAVEL Lanka may, at its absolute discretion, facilitate communication between parties but is under no obligation to do so and accepts no liability for the outcome of any dispute.
- If a user or advertiser engages in conduct that constitutes fraud, misrepresentation, or a criminal offence, the affected party is encouraged to report this to the Sri Lanka Police.

PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY
By submitting an advertisement, you consent to TRAVEL Lanka collecting and processing your personal data — including your name, email address, contact number, and the content of your submission — for the purposes of moderation, communication, and platform operations.
Please note that certain information you include in your ad (such as your contact number and service details) will be publicly visible to users browsing the platform. Do not include any personal information you are not comfortable sharing publicly.

GOVERNING LAW & AMENDMENTS
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from or related to ad submissions or use of the TRAVEL Lanka listings platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
TRAVEL Lanka reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the ad posting feature following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The version published on our website at the time of submission shall apply.
